Fourth R Practical Philosophy

TERMS OF REPUBLICATION

As of 04 October 2013, the owner (S. A. Joyce) of Fourth R Practical Philosophy™ offers the 4thr.org lesson plan for republication by responsible and reliable web hosts, under the following conditions:

• that the owner's express permission has been obtained for the specific republication;
• that there shall be no charges or fees assessed for use of or access to republished course material, other than standard Internet connect charges;
• that all copies legibly display on the menu page acknowledgement of both the source website (4thr.org) and the author / owner (S. A. Joyce);
• that any changes made to the course by the republisher are purely cosmetic, so as to conform to the republisher's established format and operating platform, except by specific prior agreement of the owner;
• that 4thr.org may publish a link to the website of any republisher of 4thr.org's materials, at the discretion of 4thr.org's owner, but respecting any expressed request by the republisher that such link not be published;
• that neither Fourth R Practical Philosophy, nor its website 4thr.org, nor its owner S. A. Joyce shall be held accountable for any direct or indirect consequences of republication, modification, or repurposing of course materials by the republisher, or of use, misuse, or misinterpretation of the lesson material by any user of those materials.

The owner reserves all rights to the original material, including the rights to publish, republish, revise, replace, augment, and delete any or all course material, including any supporting materials under control of the owner, at his sole discretion.

The owner may make revisions of material available to secondary publishers, but is not obligated to do so.

The owner may revise these terms as he deems necessary, and the latest terms take effect as of the "modified" date at the top of this page.
